The North Texas CCIM Chapter is hosting an immersive Intellisite training on April 28th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at MetroTex Association of Realtors.

Led by Gary Martinez and Mark Cypert, this hands-on session will showcase commercial real estate’s advanced digital toolkit through DFW-based case studies, including a luxury restaurant site selection and an industrial distribution center expansion.

Participants will follow along on their laptops using Intellisite and AI applications to perform real-world financial, market, spatial, and competitive analysis.

The introductory registration rate is $169 and includes a working lunch.
